
During the summer season I found
many reasons for falling off the 'health wagon'-too hot to cook, too hot to
walk or exercise, and so on. The coming of the Fall season brings cooler
weather here in the Midwest. The leaves begin to alter color and I discover I
must change (get rid of) some of my excuses for falling off my exercise
